Organisational structure
The Trustee Board has five active members. The Board makes decisions in all fundamental matters. It advises, supports, and supervises the foundation’s Executive Board.
EFCNI’s Executive Board consists of two members. The Board represents the foundation and conducts the day-to-day business in accordance with the Trustee Board’s guidelines and resolutions. The Executive Board acts as external representation of the foundation (conclusion of contracts, etc.)
The Scientific Advisory Board gathers together internationally renowned medical experts and scientists and provides EFCNI with expert knowledge in the fields of medical questions.
The Parent Advisory Board consists of ten elected members who support EFCNI with their knowledge and experience from parenting preterm babies and from their work for national parent organisations in their home countries.
